What I do at JT

I look after the Contact Centre representatives. My role is to ensure my team are all trained to give our customers great support, and to enhance their development to progress into their chosen field.

Who am I?

Since leaving College I have always worked in customer services at JT, from a front facing role in the shop to a customer service representative in the Contact Centre, which lead to my promotion to Customer experience manager.

Advice for prospective candidates

Be yourself and be honest at your interview about what you are looking for. Research JT beforehand so you have a good understanding of what we do. Think about your previous jobs and accomplishments and what you can bring to this role.
