Network Operations Technical Center Supervisor

What I do at JT

Responsible for a Technical Centre team supporting both JT's and our customer's networks across Consumer, Enterprise and International markets. My teams of Technicians focus on remote support and maintenance.

Who am I?

I started working for JT in the retail shop at 18, whilst still at college. I spent 2 years working both part and full time.

Before spending 5 years working for various companies, and various roles in technical sales, customer service and debt collection.

I then found my way back to JT and into the Service Management Center.  During my time there I focussed on my interest in engineering. Spending time with various engineering teams and technologies. I obtained a few Cisco qualifications and Service Management qualifications. Then focussed my study on IP Networking.

I spent 2 years as a focussed IP network engineer, before moving to support the integration and technical training of a newly created Network Operation Center.

Now in my 9th year at JT, I am starting a new role as Network Operations Technical Center Supervisor. Managing a team of engineers, across multiple areas of expertise and technology.
