I am responsible for the varying aspects of our Retail operations across the Channel Islands.

Who am I?
| I’ve been working in the retail industry for 20 years, with the past 11 being at JT. I originally joined as part of the sales team in Guernsey and was then offered a supervisor’s role, before taking on the management of the Guernsey store. Eventually moving into a much more strategic position as C.I. Retail Manager.
Advice for prospective candidates
Be yourself, be honest and be prepared. Having passion for what you do is very important, let your natural talent and personality shine through when being interviewed and never be afraid to ask questions.
