What I do at JT

I am responsible for ensuring JT can attract, recruit and retain the talent JT needs in order to deliver our exciting and ambitious strategy. 

I partner with the key stakeholders to ensure JT has the right compensation and reward strategy that is competitive, consistent and fair based on strategic plans.

Why JT

JT is a always changing and moving forward and that makes it a really great place to work, no day is ever the same, which explains why I am still here after 15 years!  
Everyone at JT really cares and put our customers and people at the heart of everything we do.We have so many different roles there is something for everyone.

Who am I?

I have been at JT for 15 years, starting my career in the call centre before moving in to HR 13 years ago.

JT has provided excellent development opportunities for me and has supported me in my career progression,  starting as the PA to HR Director, moving to HR Administrator, HR Advisor, HR Business Partner right through to my current role today as Head of Talent.
