I lead the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) Forum, a key part of our service management practice. This forum brings together representatives from across the business to review and manage all incoming recommendations for improvement.

Our goal is simple: to ensure our services consistently meet evolving customer and stakeholder expectations.

I’ve spent the last six years at JT leading projects and driving service improvement initiatives across the business. My focus has always been on enhancing customer experience and delivering meaningful change.

Before joining JT, I worked in the health sector within Government, where I led key projects aimed at improving public services. Earlier in my career, I gained valuable experience in the legal industry as a Senior PA supporting lawyers, which helped build my strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.

This diverse background gives me a well-rounded perspective and a passion for continuous improvement that I bring to everything I do.
