I lead the Network Operations Centre team which monitors JT’s Network and infrastructure performance, and manages service incidents through to provision of root cause analysis.

Our senior Managers and Directors have worked for globally recognised tech companies, bringing with them a wealth of experience and ambition, which has taken JT to heights we couldn't have imagined 15 years ago.

While JT is a long-established business, we have the energy, entrepreneurship and creativity of a Start-up, and is proudly a caring and family orientated business.

My career has predominantly been within technology, initially in consumer electronics with Panasonic / Technics, before moving into computer sales. 

My experiences with JT to date are front line roles within Retail and Consumer Engineering, and management roles within Retail, Consumer Engineering, Service Provisioning, Contact Centre, Customer Services & Social Customer Care, and leadership roles within JT's fibre to the premise project.

I have been in my current role for 4 years, and with JT for 22 years. In that time I have genuinely learned something new everyday.
