What I do at JT

Head up JT’s Enterprise Engineering function for JT Global. Delivering Tier 2 > Tier 4 support to all faults and supporting service requests raised from our customers.

Who am I?

Experienced IT professional with a background working predominantly in Service Delivery and operational/ Managed Service based environments. 
 
My experience in ITIL and people leadership-based certifications and roles enables me to help companies achieve their overall goals, adopting best practice frameworks and modernise their operational processes whilst building highly effective and collaborative teams along the way.  
 
My passion is all around our people, I dedicate my practice and previous experience on building collaborative and supportive working environments where everyone can feel part of a team and succeed both individually and as part of a group. I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their goals, as well as the broader organisation. 

Advice for prospective candidates
