What I do at JT
I have worked for JT for over 19 years doing different roles. Currently I lead a team of Level 2 support engineers, split across Jersey and Melbourne in Australia, supporting our customers across the Globe.

Who am I?
When I finished school, I enrolled with the local college to complete an NVQ in catering and my first two jobs was working as a chef for two local hotels.
In 2001, I joined JT as a call agent in our contact centre. Within two years I had been promoted to a supervisory position and this was really the beginning of a management career that continues until today.
Over the past 17 years I have managed different support teams ranging from 6-24 people in size, supporting the many solutions JT offers, not only in the Channel Islands but also further afield.
