I run the day to day operations of the 24/7 Service Desk.

Who am I?
I worked in IT for RBSI for 6 years. In 2008 I joined JT as a 24/7 Service desk Analyst. In 2018 I became the supervisor of the team of 11 staff.
Advice for prospective candidates
If you know your career path or still not sure which way to turn JT will help you get there. You could be office based, work from a van or even travel the world. The sky is the limit with JT.
