I manage the JT Business Service Desk. We support our business customers across the islands as well as national and internationally with many of their systems and circuits

Who am I?
After graduating from university, I joined JT’s 24/7 Service Desk, where I grew alongside a dynamic and evolving team. The experience gave me the confidence to go beyond my comfort zone and opened doors to transformative opportunities that reshaped my professional journey.
