I have responsibility for operating the framework which governs a product’s full lifecycle within JT. Essentially, this function provides oversight and control for the full end-to-end delivery of new product developments in the CI & International markets, all the way from conception to market launch. 

JT is an exciting and dynamic company with massive ambitions, often puncing well above its weight. There has been rapid growth over recent years, and this is a trend that I see continuing. 

Opportunities at JT are nearly endless, allowing for a non-linear career within a single organisation due to the diverse set of internal functions within the company. 

JT’s people are often regarded as its strongest asset, and this is something that I do not see changing. The willingness and knowledge-set each employee possesses makes JT a great environment to work in supporting personal growth and development. 

Predominantly technology – starting from educational studies and joining JT as a graduate. Since joining JT, I have moved around nearly all departments/teams within the company which has provided solid foundational knowledge of how the business operates and built strong relationships.

I have held operational roles, spent many years acting in a project/programme management capacity, and been fortunate enough to get involved with some of JT’s most exciting projects over the past 10 years. 

Do your research, JT operates in a wide range of areas with a diverse product set. Due to this, the demands of the role can adapt very quickly, so any candidate should be comfortable being dynamic in their ability with a customer focused mindset.

Don’t be afraid to ask questions – inquisitiveness and willingness to learn is invaluable.
