I manage a broad variety of services across the whole stack of IT and a team who create and operate infrastructure and application services.
Why JT
The culture is very warm and welcoming to all. Whilst we do foster a fast paced work environment, it is made enjoyable by the people who make up the organisation.
Who am I?
I started at JT as a Technical Graduate in 2017, working my way to Release Manager in 2018, Application Support Manager in 2020 and Enterprise IT Manager in 2022.
Advice for prospective candidates
Don’t be afraid to ask questions about the role too, whether in advance or in the interview room. Preparation is always key!
