Kevin Stewart

As the Head of Engineering Operations at JT Group, I oversee Fibre Network Design, Consumer Field Engineering Services, Enterprise Engineering Services and Cloud Managed Services.

It’s a great opportunity to work somewhere where we are constantly pushing the development of technologies, in an environment that’s both supportive and positive and for the real benefit of the community that we all live in.   

I started my career in Engineering, before moving into Project management, where I spent many years working across different market sectors, including Finance, Telecoms, Facilities management and Consultancy.

More recently, I’ve managed and led project delivery and business improvement teams in the Technology division of JT, before moving into Operations in my current role.

My advice would be to be open minded and curious, be honest and importantly, in the interview be yourself.
