I lead the Messaging and Number Lookup Sales Team, who are responsible for account management,  and new customer acquisition.

JT is a powerful brand in the SMS and Number Lookup business. We are large enough and diverse enough to provide training, growth opportunities, and industry exposure to talented individuals. Yet, JT still has the feel of a small company where one can influence at various levels of the business.
I have seen several colleagues develop amazing careers within the space of barely a few years thanks to amazing internal job opportunities.

I began my journey in the telecommunications industry approximately 20 years ago in Cable&Wireless UK, at the tender age of 24, as a graduate management trainee. I started in Operations, and moved between departments before settling down in Carrier Relations and Sales. I joined JT from Vodafone 5 years ago. I helped to re-build the messaging and number lookup business and never looked back since!

Prepare well and make sure you know what we do, but remember that, first and foremost, we will be looking for someone we want to work with. Also, don’t forget to ask some well thought through questions at the end of the interview – it’s what makes interesting people stand out from the crowd.
