Martin Dalgaard Lassen

I head up the IT team, who make sure that our machine spins each day with everything from laptops, system access, to development and operations on front-end and back-end systems. I’m deeply involved in the joint effort at JT to deliver on our local and International ambitions, finding the best ways to deliver great customer value.

As soon as I joined JT I already felt like one of the team, it’s an incredibly friendly and supportive place to work and everyone is very approachable. JT is an established company, with a big appetite to bring innovative technologies and products to market, and the ambition to always have a global footprint, which brings a lot of exciting technology challenges to be involved in.

Originally, I come out of the product domain, managing products, and building the roadmaps that the technical organization delivers on. Over the years I have gradually been moving into more technical positions as my interest in technology and how a volume business delivers products and services most efficiently using said technology grew. I have been working in telecom companies for 25 years primarily in Denmark where I have been living until I joined JT.

Being a technology company, our change moves quickly so there's never a dull moment, so a candidate should be comfortable delivering in fast-paced environment that never loses sight of the end customer.
